I feel truly blessed to have been born and raised in Santa Barbara, and now reside in the beautiful Central Coast.  I was raised by a Mom who insisted on strong core values, and a father who had a very strong work ethic.  I carry those attributes into my professional life, as a licensed Loan Consultant.  Always be honest with my clients and work hard to exceed their expectations.

 

Having been licensed by the State of California since 1991, I have learned the value of personalized service.  Always making myself available for my clients.  Having gone through the homebuying process myself, I respect the fact that  for my borrowers it is a very stressfull  experience.  Helping them understand the process, and what their expectations should be from the very beginning, is crucial.  Especially now with lending guidelines tightening up, being informative, makes for a less stressful experience.
